Hotel Château Vaudreuil

Brintons partnered with Massarelli Design to supply luxury custom carpet for the renovation of Hotel Château Vaudreuil.

Originally built in 1989, Château Vaudreuil was once a renowned destination for hosting special events and weekend retreats but had fallen into disrepair, requiring a revival to restore its charm while appealing to present-day luxury guests.

Under new owners, Mr. and Mrs. Borsellino, renovations began and continued with doors open to guests, honoring the hotel's neoclassical elegance while incorporating modern influences inspired by the couple’s Italian heritage and travels. Their contrasting personalities brought unique challenges, enriching the creative process.

Brintons played a crucial role in the transformation by providing elegant wool carpets that seamlessly bridged the hotel's neoclassical past with contemporary elements creating a transitional design.

For the lakeside restaurant and bar, a captivating peacock motif—a symbol of Sicily—was chosen, which instantly resonated with the clients. In the corridors, Brintons created a linear repeat pattern with the peacock in the center and a bleed-out on the sides to ensure the bird would not be cut off by the narrow widths.

The thoughtful design approach significantly enhanced the hotel’s overall aesthetic, enabling it to reclaim its status among elite 5-star destinations. By expertly blending traditional and modern elements, including luxurious wool carpets from Brintons, the hotel has regained its prestige. It now stands out with its stunning natural surroundings and refreshed interiors, radiating charm and glamour.
