Brintons had the pleasure of working with Kimberly Timmons Interiors to manufacture 5,700 SY Axminster flooring for the renovation of One Steamboat Place.

Positioned effortlessly slope-side at the Gondola in Steamboat Springs, Colorado is the luxury mountain resort One Steamboat Place. The destination was originally sought after for the mineral spring's restorative powers and beautiful landscape which ultimately inspired the resort’s interiors. A design complimented by natural finishes, comfortable textures, and modern details; each space provides a cozy ambiance with upscale appeal promising to delight and provide a moment of pause for all to appreciate.

The updates to the luxury mountain resort were only a partial renovation that is now halfway through a 5-year master plan. The Kimberly Timmons Interiors team had to be creative about adding new items and mixing them with existing elements that were to remain in the building. One of the new items was carpet, and they chose Brintons to collaborate with to produce the wall-to-wall flooring and guestroom rugs. The result? A carpet pattern that blends into the existing building like it was meant to be there from the beginning.
