About Katharine Swift, Designer of Hiraeth QuickWeave

Katharine started her career 29 years ago, studying alongside her work and family life, and achieved a first-class honors degree in textiles and surface pattern. She has worked for various carpet manufacturers around the world on prestigious projects, primarily in the hospitality sector. In her spare time, she loves to potter around the farm, growing vegetables and looking after her many animals, including her eight Dachshunds. She also enjoys hot yoga and trips to the mountains for snowboarding.
